We despatch worldwide by a tracked postal delivery service, so that we can be sure that your Skyinbow Pure Acoustic product will reach you speedily and in perfect condition. If for any reason you are unhappy with your Skyinbow Pure Acoustic product, please let us know within 7 days, and return it to us in good condition and in its original packaging. We will refund the purchase price (less our postal charges) as soon as we receive and have examined your return.
